Refund Policy

We create each product on demand especially for you. Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at patzo350@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

If the package is returned to the sender due to incorrect address or non-collection, reshipping costs will apply.
